Year 2010: Give Thanks

#1. Thank God for every single day of my life. (and for being in my life)

#2. My lovely parents + my darling dog. (finally watched a movie with both Dad & Mom and planned a birthday party for my dog)

#3. All the wonderful times with my close friends. (yea, really treasure the moments together)

#4. My dearest boyfriend. (glad that we met, though there were a lot of ups & downs)

#5. My nice boss(es) & colleagues.

#6. Experience in an interesting job.

#7. Experience school life once again. (met a good friend too! :))

#8. Keeping goals in check.

#9. Learning new stuff (learnt a bit of guitar & some work-related stuff)

#10. For the Hope for better things to come.

Personal Perspective on CHC Fiasco

My personal perspective on the City Harvest Church fiasco: #1. God is omnipresent (present everywhere), omnipotent (all powerful), omniscient (all knowing) and God knew about this episode. I believe God is watching.; #2. The CAD does not charge without concrete evidence (they have taken sufficient time to investigate - 2 years). May justice prevail.; #3. work has been irritatingly routine. day in and out. life is fading it's colour. can't break the chains. have nowhere to run to. stare at the PC screen, move inches on the mouse and hit the keyboard by hundreds each day, fighting hard to keep my eyes half open past lunch hour. life is ticking by fast. save me from this. it's nearing 2 months now. haven't encountered much challenging tasks. it's about a year now. not earning and saving much. it's getting harder to breathe. tell me what to do.

Outlier

It is always amazing meeting outliers. One who respectfully defies what ageing means in recent decades.  It is awesome to encounter a senior (almost twice my age) who is fitter than me. So inspiring! She embodies the example of good stewardship and living well in the last trimester of life 🧓🏻💛
