via @pampetite on twitter: i think i figured some things out... why it is a blank piece... to move ahead, i gotta put away the past completely :) i kinda received some sorta enlightenment yesterday. better be moving away from memory lane! and not to give myself the benefit of doubt. in fact there's this awakening that i am the fool. yeah, i'm gonna be the determined me and start looking forward instead of turning backwards to care about him . (sorry to let you know i was still in that state) but do not be disheartened, i told myself, this time you understand and can move away. lately i've been laughing at myself. seems like i'm learning to take on life, more readily. here comes the pam - the improved version of myself you've been waiting for. :) Pam Petite

I'm in the process of constructing my photo album for Happy. :) ~ Listened to the audio book: Selling You! by Napoleon Hill Something I learned:- Time Budget (1) 8 hours for sleep (2) 8 hours for work (3) 4 hours for recreation & health (4) 2 hours for study & preparation (5) 2 hours for extra service to others without pay ~ I like the time management. So I guess I'll try this from tomorrow onwards. :) Btw, did you realise that I discontinued my ABCs of life? I will start on it again though... Been busy for a while. I believe that being a good testimony is largely how I live my life as a Christian. Often I find myself struggling to be the person I want to be and fighting the devil inside me. I did not go to work today and I felt a little guilty about it though I have a few reasons as to why (though they are not really justified). I do pray that I would change my undesirable attitude although mentally I know that the turning point is near. Also I want to care for others, like Jesus cares for me. Soundtrack of tonight: Adam Lambert - Whataya want from me ** Though I'm not feeling at all angsty. I do want to convey an emotion. I'm afraid I'm going to be really busy with the coming change in my life. As a result I guess I'll focus more on work. I desire to have time with God, family and close friends. Hope it ain't gonna be too tough to balance. The bottom line is I want to build my future and career so I don't think I'm ready to be in any committed romantic relationship. I would've been the girl who wants to get to family life early (between now to 27), however, goals seemed to have changed. (by goals I meant personal goals) If it happens that my goals are not aligned to God's will, I pray that I'll obey and follow God's calling for me. Pam Petite

Okie, I have to say how amazing this book really is. (It's 1 of those very few books which I took less than a month to complete my reading) Anybody who has a few moments to spare everyday should most definitely read this. This book is revolving around the subject, "Why are successful people successful?" There are quite a handful of examples and studies to support the points Malcolm Gladwell was trying to prove. Let me share about what I have learned - "They (Successful people) are products of history and community, of opportunity and legacy. (...) It is grounded in a web of advantages and inheritances, some deserved, some not, some earned, some just plain lucky - but all critical to making them who they are." quoted from Page 334. I highly recommend you to read this. In fact I'm such a fan after this book that I bought Mr. Gladwell's other books, "The Tipping Point" & "Blink". Pam Petite

My continuation to the short story, The Simpleton & The Novelist II is on editred now. I hope I ain't that disappointing to my readers as I have to mildly agree that the introduction was pretty promising ? Honestly, I didn't felt this second chapter was good enough. ~ Anyways, my Lunar New Year holiday would be till this Friday. :) So here I am, sitting pretty comfortably in my chair. It's highly likely I'll: 1) Watch DVDs; 2) Practice on my guitar; 3) Read; 4) Doodle; and 5) Organise some stuff. Have a nice day! Pam Petite

How I spent my Valentine's Day! It was so pleasant. Visited Body Worlds @ the Singapore Science Centre with my bestie. [Sorry for violating the rules by taking pictures but I really like everything about the exhibition. So I hope the authorities will forgive me on this. If in any case, I should have it removed, I will. :)] Had dinner @ Fish & Co. @ ION. The manager, Eric was so good to us. He took a 2nd polaroid for us @ our request. Invitation to Happy's Birthday Party! Today, how's your 2nd day of the Chinese Lunar New Year? Hope it has been fun! I'm having a good time... Will be heading out for Valentine's Day the movie. Had abundance of quality time with my bestie yesterday for Valentine's Day cum 1st day of the Tiger Year. Photos will be up on this blog soon. You'll see lots of beautifully taken pictures plus POLAROIDS! Yays! ~ I really really thank God for my bestie! It seems that she's able to understand me pretty well emotionally. I've came to realise that not all whom I disclose my feelings to will be able to understand what I need. Yeah, it might sound demanding somewhat.
