Some of you know how Nat and I met and I thought I will share for those who do not know. Prelude My political awakening came in 2011 when an opposition party (not the Workers’ Party) contested in the ward I used to stay in. After GE2011, I decided to find out more about what the other alternatives parties stood for. So, I visited a few parties and got to know their members. The First Impression I had received an email to invite me to the Workers’ Party Headquarters on 4 th June 2011. I was a little late for the session so when I came in I was ushered to be seated with a group of less than 10 people. In this session, there were 2 facilitators and they were identified by their blue polo T-Shirt with WP logo. After I settled in, 1 of the facilitators encouraged us to ask any questions that we may have about the party or politics in general.
