I've been sneezing non-stop and experiencing a slight increase in hair fall... So I guess I need to be more aware of my diet and lifestyle. I am trying the new Redoxon "All Day Defence" Vitamin capsule to see if I feel that there's an improvement in my immune system. Hopefully so. Heart, Pampi

Us after Nike Human Race! I regret not blogging about this race I participated last year... It was an awesome jogging experience with my bestie, Gillian. It was our 1st run together and we totally love it. From the T-shirt down to the route of the race, and not to forget, the beautiful music accompaniment at different course of the race was simply enjoyable though we were all dripping with perspiration. I would no doubt want to sign up for this event again... Cheers!

My Besties showing off the Christmas cards I gave them. :) Gift exchange!!! X) Treasuring good times with my BFFs... Christmas time was always the season to love, share & give to my loved ones. Really cherish the times with my 2 besties. We have known one another for more than a decade and more...
