The Happiest 3 Year Old I've Ever Met

Yesterday evening I met the happiest 3 year old.  She has  Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex Deficiency & Epilepsy which is a very complex condition.  Despite what the parents are going through, they are very positive and are doing everything they can to provide for her.  I feel so blessed to have met them and wish the family well.

What I have learnt from them is that if I am blessed with a special child (in the future), I will do everything to provide for him/her no matter what.  :)

Personal Perspective on CHC Fiasco

My personal perspective on the City Harvest Church fiasco: #1. God is omnipresent (present everywhere), omnipotent (all powerful), omniscient (all knowing) and God knew about this episode. I believe God is watching.; #2. The CAD does not charge without concrete evidence (they have taken sufficient time to investigate - 2 years). May justice prevail.; #3. It is unavoidable for members of the public with little information about Christianity to judge.  It is also one of my weaknesses to be quick to judge/form negative impression about others, which is unhealthy.; #4. I believe to a certain extent, the message of giving and tithing is relatively strong in City Harvest Church - I may be wrong.  (fyi, I have visited the church a couple of times) My personal belief is that it is important to give to God because God is the creator of everything that exists. Invitation to Happy's Birthday Party

Invitation to Happy's Birthday Party! Today, how's your 2nd day of the Chinese Lunar New Year? Hope it has been fun! I'm having a good time... Will be heading out for Valentine's Day the movie. Had abundance of quality time with my bestie yesterday for Valentine's Day cum 1st day of the Tiger Year. Photos will be up on this blog soon. You'll see lots of beautifully taken pictures plus POLAROIDS! Yays! ~ I really really thank God for my bestie! It seems that she's able to understand me pretty well emotionally. I've came to realise that not all whom I disclose my feelings to will be able to understand what I need. Yeah, it might sound demanding somewhat. That's what separates Best Friend from others I suppose. ~ Been thinking more frequently about the past lately. Uncertain why it did not affect me subconsciously.
